An Operator must be able to handle himself in any paintball situation. He cannot rely on Field Tech's to fix his marker or fill his tank. He must have the dedication to play when ever and where the sport may take him. And is not just limited to Scenario, Woodsball, or Speedball, but to any type of Paintball. The Operator must know how to turn a bunch of walk-ons into a highly capable fighting force. The Operator must know how to follow and give orders with no hesitation. Must be objective based, yet be a team player. Will be able to communicate with Radio, Email, Hand Signal, Written Letters, and Spoken Language.
Qualifications:
Fill your own air source
Fix, or trouble shoot you own marker
Be proficient at all types of Paintball
Be a capable commander
Be a capable soldier
Have effective communication skills
Be approved by a member of O-Unit |
